Cancellation & Refunds
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation or refund, please contact us via feedback@saferoutent.com or our customer care line before your scheduled departure.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your travel date or time, the following fees apply:

| Third rescheduling | ₦8,000 |
All rescheduling requests must be submitted via feedback@saferoutent.com or the customer care line.
No-Show Policy
Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure. Seats may be reassigned 5 minutes before departure if unoccupied. No refund is provided for no-shows.
Force Majeure
Saferoute Travels is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, rescheduling options will be provided at no additional cost.
